Job Responsibilities：

1)   Responsible for the company and the general manager, assist the general manager to establish and improve the company's unified and efficient organizational system and work system to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the company.

2) Responsible for the implementation of the activities specified in the management system documents by the functional departments in charge.

3)   Reasonable arrangement of various positions in the company, reasonable distribution of responsibilities and rights for the internal personnel of the company, effective authorization, so that the distribution of internal rights and powers of the whole company can achieve the optimal configuration.
4)  Lead and urge each functional department to establish and improve various management systems, work plans and job responsibilities, supervise, inspect and coordinate the work progress and completion of the staff of each department according to the work plan and the job responsibilities of each post, and supervise and manage each department. The department has completed the assessment work.
5)  Organize and implement the preparation and revision of the company's safety, environmental protection emergency preparedness and response and emergency rescue plans.
6)  Participate in the investigation, analysis and handling of major quality, environmental and occupational health and safety incidents of the company.
7)  Complete other tasks assigned by the company or the general manager.

Job requirements：

1）College degree or above, major in chemical industry;

2）More than 3 years working experience in production management of chemical enterprises, with strong chemical production, process and technical knowledge;

3）Have strong production coordination and management ability, strong sense of responsibility, calm and capable, and adapt to expatriate work.

2）工作经验：5年以上有关工作经验，3年以上相近行业同岗位工作经验；接受过肯定的质量、环境、职业健全安全治理系统知识教育培训；拥有质量、检验治理工作经历

3）技术：拥有化学化工专业中级或以上专业技术职称；拥有较强的出产、工艺、技术、质量、检验及质量、环境、职业健全安全治理系统知识；拥有较强的发现、提出、分析、判断、解决现实出产及质量问题的能力；可能组织协调阐扬公司内部治理技术人员、质检人员的积极性， 使公司三系统及产品质量持续改进；拥有较强的工作思路、沟通协调能力和执行力；熟悉出产工艺及产品尺度、产品机能

。

2）掌管对现有市场、客户守护，启发新客户；

3）掌管销售订单的出产落实工作，确保出产所需的原材物料供给工作；

4）掌管产品销售订单造订、销售报表对账（客户及内部）及收款工作；

5）参加公司品牌的守护，接受客户投诉并反馈至有关部门，将处置了局与客户沟通；

6）实现辅导安插的其他工作

Job Responsibilities：

1）协助部门辅导实现公司方针指标分化及执行，发展洗化产品出产治理和运营工作；

2）协助辅导出产治理系统的成立工作，掌管有关文件治理 ；   

3）协助实现公司节能、指标成本、产品打算产量、质量等指标；

4）协助实现月度出产作业打算的执行，并确保保质保量实现；

5）掌管车间现场治理、6S治理、人员作业铺排调度；

6）掌管洗化产品出产开、停车工艺路线的查抄、复查

。指挥班长实现洗扮装置的开停车操作，致力提高开工率和运行不变性

。

7）掌管质量问题及异常问题的初措施查处置；

8）掌管对操作工技术进行培训、查抄和查核，掌管订正美满各有关岗位的操作规程和岗位职责； 

9）实现部门铺排的其它工作

。

2）拥有3年以上洗化行业出产企业治理经验；

3）有优良的沟通协调能力，接受全国工厂表派

。

Job Responsibilities：

1） 发展洗涤用品产品配方开发，造订原料的质量尺度、产品尺度（含企标、行标、国标等）、产品说明书、工艺流程书、TDS、MSDS等技术资料；

2） 分析检测日化行业产品配方，并可能提出相应的竞争对策和研发方向；

3） 掌管对产品配方的改进，参加项目建设；

4） 掌管售后服务中的技术服务；

5） 掌管有关技术论文、专利的缮写、批改和回复工作；

6） 参加质量打算的假造及合同评审；

7） 实现辅导安插的其他工作

3）技术： 熟悉洗涤行业的有关尺度及律例；

                纯熟利用办公软件，分析测试仪器；

                能读懂的表文专业资料和文件
